For a month my boobs have been so sore. And I don't know why. I'm not pregnant. I've taken like 20 tests and all negative. Idk what could be going on but it's to the point it hurts in my bra

That happened to me about two years ago. Turned out I had fibrocystic breast disease. Can't be really treated. Just give you horse pill ibuprofen. Hopefully it's not that but check your boobs to feel if they have like bumps. I thought I had breast cancer but turned out to be that instead

It could just be hormonal changes. Idk how old you are but i know mine hurt a lot during puberty. Maybe try wearing a loose sports bra and see if that helps.
