What medication did your doctor prescribe you on your 1st trimester?

My doctor put me on a low iron prenatal it got me a little worried, when i asked her why she said she doesn't want me to get too constipated is this normal? She also put me on vitamin D3 to prevent bone loss. Anybody else taking something similar?
