teething baby

My baby will be 8 months on the 14th and she's currently growing her 3rd tooth. I had my mil to help out with the first two teeth but now I'm living alone and she's so cranky. Keeps pulling her ears and holding them and crying. Keeps getting a fever on and off. I give her Tylenol infant but idk what else to do 😭
