Proud of myself💗
After struggling with anxiety for 13 years and depression for 7, ptsd for a year, which all keep worsening, I finally got the courage and strength to get myself help and a therapist. Praying this will help and heal me! I want to feel happy and smile again. But I am so proud of myself for finally going through with it 💗Â
