Is it home wrecking if they're separated?

Just curious. I personally would wait till the divorce was final just to be safe. If he's a good man then he'll understand why I'd want to wait.

If they are separated and not even living with eachother and are trying to divorce I don't see the issue. But id have to know if they were on the same page and it was completely over. She would have to know about me. 
It takes a long ass time to get a divorce. My mom is going through one and they've made the list of reasons smaller. You can't check the reason "personal differences" anymore. Atleast in Oklahoma.

Seeing as me & my fiancé has separated about 3-4 times in the past 5 & 1/2 years & their was an ex of his who he got with while we was separated & she constantly texted him with new numbers (he blocked every one of them) & even contacted him through our SHARED FB when we got back together. I honestly wouldn't want some woman trying to get between me & my man or our problems. I understand in my situation he was with her then got back with me, but the fact is once someone is together married or not the #1 rule is to leave them alone. You never know when they might change their minds & not sign those divorce papers when it comes time. I would say wait it out & not get to involved with this (still legally married) man.

Sometimes divorces take a few years. If he's not living with her and doesn't have any romantic or sexual ties to her I'll go for it. But obviously I'd have to wait to marry him till the divorce was final
