Two words: PJs & Pancakes! We just had the LO's party on Saturday and it was a hit. Very low maintenance. We had pancakes and toppings for the kiddos along with bacon/sausage, hash browns, & eggs for the adults. The party was from 10am-11:30 so breakfast/brunch was appropriate. The food budget was under $30 and our guests (19 kids & parents) left with to-go plates.  My babe won't remember this day but she enjoyed the day & loved socializing with her friends! Any other good themes out there? I'm already planning for 2nd Bday! 😂
