period without the mess

Arghhhh so I'm on the implant and I never had periods which was great.

I started loosing weight 8 months ago and periods started always regular begingig of the month around the 6th, and then we get this months all the symptoms aches and pains, bloating tender boobs but no bleeding. Mother Nature must be cranky this month. So confused seriously considering picking up a pregnancy test today even if I'm being a drama queen. Any advice or words of wisdom.....
