Nutrition help!
Ladies,
How are you handling food aversions while still getting needed vitamins and nutrients? I used to eat a spinach salad every day at lunch and now I can't stand the taste or texture of raw vegetables :( we've tried cooking them but I know you lose vital nutrients in the process and adding oil and salt isn't the best either. I was trying smoothies for awhile and tossing spinach in but even that gets old. Help!!! I'm 8w6d.
