's I take are negative. Should I take a blood test? Would that show when HPT doesn't?

Could I possibly be having a very early miscarriage? Idk if this would even be considered a miscarriage. But anyways, my period is not due for another 6 days. And it has never been this early. It's never early actually it's usually on time or 2 days late.
