So a bit of a different one, I've already had 2 children and never even knew about placenta capsules before. I knew many woman eat their placenta's which is personal preference and isn't for me unfortunately. But in pregnant with my 3rd & last. A couple of weeks ago, I saw an article about placenta capsules. And it's something I'm going to be doing this time for sure, the benefits are meant to be amazing and reviews are excellent.

Anyone else giving it ago? Or have previously done it? X
