I agree with everything everyone else has said - get help and fast. As far as your eye, it looks like a subconjunctival hemorrhage. It's a broken blood vessel, like a bruise, on the white of the eye. It can't bleed into your cornea, but can spread to other areas of the white of the eye. Typically, it clears within several days and is painless. If your vision is off or changes, though, you should see an ophthalmologist. I'm an ophthalmology assistant; we see these often. Blunt trauma can be a different thing though so make sure you keep an eye on it.
