Hey girl me too! Same age and first try! I take cassavum for folic acid, organic grapefruit juice shots during period( helps stimulate ewcm) for me it actually worked. And then i take zinc, vitamin c! Best thing is DONT symptom spot and dont test early lol if u can conquer the tww u are the master!

Yes definately start taking prenatals now. It's never to soon. Its best to start while ttc that way once you conceive you have all the vitamins & nutrients you need 😀 if you have any questions feel free to ask me.
