Is there a chance a test wouldn't detect hormones by now ??

So AF was due yesterday still hasn't come , I'm a very regular 28 day cycle usually never late , I have multiple symptoms including sore breasts extreme fatigue and I feel very irritable , all I know can be signs she's coming , my question is do some people receive a BFP a few days after a missed period ? Below is my test from today

I got my positive the day after I was suppose to start with this pregnancy and the last. I was tracking my ovulation on both times. This time I used glow for about 4 months

Hasn't happened to me, but it happens to lots of women! You can read lots of statistics that give percentages for each dpo, it's of course more common to be positive by now, but the point is there are women who don't get a positive until after their missed period. Keep testing until you get your period or a positive. Implantation could have happened late, ovulation could have been later than normal this cycle, or something could have thrown off your cycle this month (not uncommon to happen even to the most regular person).
