Hey everyone, if you have an opinion on what might be happening with my body, please let me know!

So I am having quite a few pregnancy symptoms such as:

Naseua, sore breasts, bright blue veins on my chest and breasts, i had heartburn a few nights ago, headaches started yesterday, vivd nightmares, sore gums, achy muscles, and sleeplessness

I have taken a few different pregnancy tests and they have all come back BFN

Glow says my period should start tomorrow, but another app says I'm two days late.

What gives?!
