hospital bag essentials?

I'm a first time mommy and pretty much clueless on what I should be packing for my hospital bag. For me, baby and dad. Any suggestions would be appreciated ☺️

I've packed
Myself:
A thin robe
2 nursing tanks
2 nursing bras
2 loose silk pj pants
Granny panties
3 pairs non slip socks 
A loose shirt and sweat pants for the ride home.
My own towel (my hospital towels are very small and thin)
My own tooth paste, mini bottles of the shampoo and soap I use 
Boopy pillow
Nursing pads
Nipple cream

For baby:
1 Muslin blanket
1 regular baby blanket 
Baby mittens
Newborn socks
The kind of pacifiers I plan to use (if we use them)
Thin footed sleeper 
Baby sleeping gown
Onsie that says hello world 
And going home outfit

Toiletries 
2 nursing bras
Nipple ointment
Going home/get to the hospital outfit
Pajama pants 
T shirt

For baby: 
2 going home outfits (NB and 0-3)
4 onesies (2NB and 2 0-3M)
Mittens

Comfy clothes for you, socks, bathroom essentials, underwear and pads. Baby I would bring 2 different outfits one in newborn and one in 0-3 months in case baby is big. The hospital will provide diapers and wipes for baby. Dad just throw some clothes in there for him to change.
