I'm exhausted

I have a 5 week old baby girl and I've with her 24/7 no breaks her dad works but would barely interact with her when she was first born now she jus crys every time he holds her she won't stop until I get her back from him . Is there ways to help her get comfortable with him or will she grow out of it on her own . ?
