bleeding?!

I'm 12 weeks today, hubby and I had intercourse, not rough, and I started losing a lot of blood during it. Should I be concerned and go to the emergency room?

Update: babies heartbeat was found it's 145! They don't really know why I'm bleeding other than irritation of my cervix. I'm being sent home and just monitor it. Thank goodness.

I'm 11 .5 weeks and last me and so got intimate & when I went to wash up a gush of blood came out after that I bled heavy TMI passes two huge clots , this am another clot whent to me sono app and baby is perfect . Baby actually measured 5 days ahead 🙌🏾

This happened to me and I bled brown for a week. Not enough to feel a pad and only when wiping. My cervix was just irritated, and they explained that there is so much blood flow in that area right now that the vessels rupture easily and may cause significant bleeding. My baby's heartbeat was and has been consistently in the 170s. 🙂

Update: I didn't bleed any last night during sleep, but when I stood up this morning blood came out onto the pad, and during urination blood mixed in the toilet and pretty heavy when wiping.

This happened to me on holiday. My midwife was happy it wasn't bright red and that it stopped after. I've been told that if it happens again after sex they will check my cervix. I was terrified of the worst. So glad other people share.
