testing

I live in SC and I've been told that they drug test both parents when the women goes into labor. I'm 35 weeks and 4 days, no I have not been smoking or abusing drugs while pregnant but my boyfriend smokes weed and is worried. He said a couple people told him they will take the baby if either of us tested positive for anything. Is this true?
