Sleeping baby is SO LOUD

My 7 week old is such a noisy sleeper. He currently sleeps about 4 hrs straight, which I've been trying to stretch to 5. The last 2 hours or so of that sleep- he is so noisy. He grunts, squirms, moans. His little bed is right next to me and I am an incredibly light sleeper. I've actually started using an ear plug in one ear- but I still wake up constantly. I'm not ready to put him in his own room yet, as he's been sleeping in his rock n play currently. We plan to transition him to his bassinet once he's sleeping longer. Does anyone have tips for dealing with a noisy sleeper?
