AF after d&c

I had a d&c and one tube successfullyopened(right side) on March 20th and I only spotted a couple days. I started my first af last night but it's different than before my d&c. it's only pinkish red and not constant flow. Plus sharp pains in my right ovary. Is that normal? Has anyone elses been like that?
