bleeding?/ implantation?

I'm currently on cycle day 19 yesterday I had some spotting and it has continued it's like a bright red sometimes have a tints of brown and darker colors. I tested for my ovulation which I got a positive on the 7th it's now 5 days later could this be implantation. Could it of happened this quick. Anyone know what's going on
