I am going to China in September for a week and it's a 14 hour difference. I usually take the pill at 11pm. I am not sure if I should take it at 11pm their time or when I normally do? I asked my doctor if it would be okay to take it at their time and she said that it's " probably okay" I just don't want this to mess up since I am sexual active.
