10 weeks and 6 days pregnant
And worried about gaining weight and exercising. I was told you can still exercise while pregnant but it makes me extremely nervous and I have no energy whatsoever. I worked out 2 hrs a day all the way up to 5 weeks because I didn't know I was but then I found out and now I'm just like not wanting too? I know it's great for you and makes labor easier and I am slightly overweight. But I have nooooo energy and I can't get over possibly hurting the baby because everyone I know constantly tells me you can't do that and judges me. I know I should listen to the doctor. I walk 7 miles a day everyday and that's my only exercise. Anyone else have these mental battles with themselves?
