Wanting to get a hysterosalpingogram how much was the test + visit?

I have insurance but not all of it was covered. The hospital billed 4,400 to insurance and I had to pay 883 out of pocket. (300 was the deductible). Then I got a random $12 bill from the radiologist. 
Call you insurance provider/hospital and they can give you a price. The only bill that I was not expecting was the radiologist.

Depends on what your insurance covers! 
Mines covers 100%. 
Your doctor has to submit it and get approval beforehand. Since mine was deemed 'medically necessary' (depending on how your doctor words it), it was covered.
