spotting

Hey ladies me and my husband is trying for another baby...I had our son 2 months ago and he passed away from NEC...me and my husband had a talk last night and decided we are ready to try again... So my period is due Saturday and I am spotting and my breast are sore so I don't know if this is my period or  not so I know that we can start trying again...send baby dust this way just looking for a little guidance ladies
