4 weeks 4 day pregnancy blood work hcg levels

I went in this morning cause I have had some spotting and last night a small clot. My hcg levels were 118 and she said people far as long as me should be more like 150. I am in the gray zone if I am having a chemical or not. Has anyone had their levels checked this soon? And what were yours? I go back Friday to see if my hcg level is rising. I took a digital test this morning and got pregnant too
