how soon should I get bloodwork done?

-AF is 4 days late
-Lots of creamy white cm (with no STI's/infections)
-Negative HPT
-Random upset stomach spells
-Moodiness
-We did BD around O- but I didn't write down what day that was, so in unsure DPO

When do you recommend I just ask my doctor for bloodwork?

Most doctors want a positive test or u to be close to a month late. Chances are extremely slim that u wont pee on that stick when u go and then come back in a week, pee again AND THEN go to the blood test. Even the most regular cycles vary by a few days. 4 days isnt much most dont get a + until a week late. Give it some time. Going now and peeing on the same stick u would at home is 2x the price lol
