OPK positive?

So we just started TTC, I was on the Mirena until end of Jan, then start the pill til i had my surgery mid Feb17. Got AF on 19Mar...glow app said i would ovulate 1APR, i took opk test and all showed neg. Then 7APR i took the test and got the results on top. one the 7th then the next day.  Im so confused. Whats going on? Anyone been in my situation? glow app says AF will now be due 23APR.

Same happen to me this month it just goes off the 1st day of you last period until you input information. I had the same problem but then I went and brought a ovulation test which came back positive and when I input it into my log it changed the dates. Your ovulation test look positive BD you can ovulate 24-36 hours or even the same day baby dust

The pic you posted is positive. Glow is always inaccurate on my fertile window until I input my OPK data
