CD58! still BFN

So today is CD58! 😔 my cycles are normally 38-41 days. I have no idea what is going on, absolutely no signs of AF and still getting BFN! Got an appointment today with family planning to see if going back onto contraception would help regulate my AF and ovulation, has anyone ever tried this?
