I think after the first trimester is fine, but I said the gender because it's like impossible to fine gender neutral clothes from what I've experienced.

Target has a TON of gender neutral baby clothing right now. Anywhere you go, If you stick with white, khaki/beige, light grey, light yellow, light green, brown, and black and it doesn't have any bows or "guy" stuff on it, it will be gender neutral.
