extreme gas pain 😢

I think my precious girl is having gas pain when she has screaming fits. I know it's not colic (yet) because it doesn't last longer than an hour or so. But she just seems so uncomfortable and I feel awful. I have used gripe water but it doesn't seem to help too much, on top of massage, exercise, bath, etc.

What have you used to help with gas pain? Do simethicone drops work better than gripe water? She is 7 weeks old. Any advice would be awesome!
