I'm 7dpo and got up this morning to this. Day 21. And my
BBT
dropped this morning with 1,11 degrees. I've got no period cramps. The last couple of days I've just been awfully bloated and condtipated and tired.

First period after IUD insertion but it's more just spotting of what seems to be dried/old blood. Fellow IUD users is this normal.
