I'm 7dpo and got up this morning to this. Day 21. And my bbt dropped this morning with 1,11 degrees. I've got no period cramps. The last couple of days I've just been awfully bloated and condtipated and tired.
I say just take a test 3-4 days before you period. I just got implantation bleeding. I just had really sore breasts but considering that your temperature dropped it may just be an early period. Who knows? Let me know the updates
Not an expert but I think your BBT should rise when ovulating and stay risen through through your cycle (even if it's absent or late) when pregnant.
