I disagree with the people talking about loyalty. His potential problems with her are not your problems with her. You can maintain loyalty to your family and still be friends with a sibling's ex. This isn't middle school (I hope).

Obviously talk to him about it, but in a 'I'm going and I hope you can understand' sort of way as opposed to a 'May I go' sort of way.

My brother dated one of my best friends for a little while She and I agreed at the beginning that we wouldn't let a breakup kill our friendship and if she hadn't been married 2,000 miles away I totally would've gone to her wedding. Still kinda bummed I missed it.

If the two of you are good enough friends that she invited you to her wedding then there is no reason you shouldn't go! She's your brother's ex not yours?

My ex boyfriends sister was one of my bridesmaids. He got a little mad I guess but we didn't care and he got over it.

You have the right to care aboit who ever you want i was very close to my in laws i never in a million years believed they could turn their backs on me when i left. That hurt me so much.

I'm still extremely close with people who were ex's sisters. The relationship ended but that doesn't mean you cannot still be apart of the other people's lives that you cared about...

I said no it isn't wrong,but if your brother is over the relationship and wouldn't mind you going then I would go but if it really bothers him and you still go it's wrong! I assume you would feel the same :)
