dealing with the weight gain

How are you dealing with the weight gain? I've been overweight most of my life and lost about 30 lbs when I started dating my now husband. Over the past 8 years I've slowly put about 15lbs back on, but I am way more fit than I ever have been ( my hubby and I do crossfit, obstacle course racing, powerlifting, etc). When I got pregnant I told myself I would not eat sugar and eat super healthy (we eat pretty healthy already) for the baby...but that's gone down the drain. I've been eating more sugar than ever before and not wanting to cook and meal prep, but to just eat out. At my last doc appointment, she told me I had gained too much already and I needed to slow down. I feel so awful. I've been weighing myself everyday to see if I can lose some weight. I've even tried working out 2x a day, but I end up being too tired for the second round. I hate looking at myself in the mirror. :( 
anyone else having a hard time too?
