Today I found out I have pcos and I'm so sad Ik lots of women go through pcos and hard times with trying to get pregnant. I just never thought it would be this hard and it's hitting me like a bag of bricks I just idk what to do

Diet and excersise are your TOP priorities. Turns out, our bodies hate carbs. We cannot regulate our insulin levels like we should which usually leads to weight gain. Excersise about 30-40 min daily. Drink plenty on water. (I know you hear it all the time but it's true).

To conceive you need to relax and trust your body. Ask your doc about vitex (used to regulate hormones for those with low progesterone. It also helps with pms/mood swings) it has changed my life. You can only take it for 6 months MAX. It takes about three months to really start working. However, I got my period back in two weeks
