Wen to take pineapple during cycle,,me trying for 2 months,still no luck ?,,,plz help me out ladiesss!!!!

You can eat the whole pineapple! I cut mine into 5 chunks (including core) Ate 1 chunk a day from 2 dpo - 6 dpo (so I didn't mess with O) Got my BFP at 9 dpo!

day 1-5 post ovulation. make sure it is after ovulation. I took it from fay 2-6 after my peak ovulation. eat the core cause thats the important part, the fruit itself is just bonus :)
