Misscarriage but still pregnant with living baby!

I'm 9 weeks pregnant. Yesterday morning I woke up to go to the bathroom, I've been constipaded for over a day, so when I pipí it burn/hurt went to bed and had a cramp on my left side. then I started to feel fluid coming out I yelled and my hubby took off the covers and blood all over with some mucus! I was terrified called my sisters/mom we went to the hospital. Once I was admitted they asked me to pipí and while I was I felt something big come out! I'm sure it was my baby! They said to wait for the ultrasound to make sure! I was so sad 😭 when the nurse asked while doing the ultrasound how much did I bleed I said a lot and a big bag also came out! She moved the screen and shows me my baby with heartbeats!! I couldn't believe it! The ER said it's a threaten abortion but it wasn't!! my baby was perfectly fine we all think i had another baby that unfortunately didn't make it ... since the first sonó they only saw 1 baby. So please if something happens don't loose faith  I'm so blessed I thought I had lost my baby!
