I used Palmer's Cocoa Butter lotion last time and did not get any stretch marks. That said, I only gained 25lbs during my pregnancy. This time I am using The Body Shop's Vitamin E body butter, but I may switch as I start to show. I just like to light, clean scent of the Vitamin E body butter. I find the chocolatey scent of cocoa butter a bit strong when I am pregnant.
