Sick and Possibly Prego

I have a terrible case of Flu and I am 9 days late. I am going to get another pregnancy test done tomorrow considering my first one came back negative.

It sucks that I am a visitor in Canada. I won't have health insurance till 3 months! So I have to avoid hospitals.

I am very fatigue and congested and I need some advice on what I can take and what I cannot consume to fight this! I really think I am pregnant because I have many many symptoms....which is why I don't want to rely on medication just yet.

Please help. I appreciate your advise. Feel free to share your story of when you were sick and prego.
