Help im addicted

Im addicted to smelling soap from lush? It makes me feel happy and warm? Why do I do this? I'm not pregnant so why do I have such a strong craving for It? I know it's harmless but im getting concerned?it's such a strange thing I've developed recently? In the past 8 or 9 months it randomly came up and even my fiance is convinced it's not healthy? What should I do?
