I've used that website several times before, and I find that talking with one of the listeners really helps me feel more relaxed. You may find someone who has been through exactly what you are going through. In that case, you can chat with them regularly.

Bipolar unspecified and it sucks. Currently off meds due to pregnancy. I hate being medicated, I feel like a zombie. It's a struggle to deal with and it's even harder for my loved ones.

My boyfriend has it but refuses help. Any ideas what I could do? He can get mad at me over the simplest of things then not want to talk to me about any of his feelings. Sorry ik this is someone else's post but I figured I might ask for info to help my situation to If that's ok

This is such a sweet thread of helpful beings.  My brother and mother were both diagnosed almost the same season. It was one hell of confusion but when diagnosis, help acceptance and support were applied, things fell into place.  I have accepted too possibilities of occurence for me so i just became aware but not scared.

My husband has it. Everyone calls me a saint for all the support I give him. It's difficult, but worth it, I mean, come on, he's still my husband. If you every need to chat, I'm around!

I'm here I have it. I am on a group called bipolar connect. It's online or app based. Great people there very supportive. It's a vicious disease and it's a bitch to come to terms with. But I don't let it run my life.
