Almost 8w with twins. when I wiped I noticed light pink. Wiped again & I had this. I have ever so slight cramping. My dr is closed for the day. I know they say spotting is normal during the first trimester but I'm scared. Anyone else?

Thank you ladies. That isolated incident was at 5pm. There was no time before and no other after. I am waiting for my dr's office to open but he did tell us on Monday not to freak out and just monitor if it happens bc it could happen. I feel more confident that there hasn't been any cramping with it. I am currently on progesterone suppositories which has been making it hard to go to the bathroom and yesterday, afternoon after a bit of straining (sorry if TMI) I was finally able to go and then the next bathroom trip is when I saw this. I'm not sure if my dr will want to see me today or just wait until my appointment Tuesday morning but thanks for the responses and keeping me calm. I'll keep everyone updated.

I had bright red bleed followed by on and off bleeding from 7-11 weeks and my twins are healthy. I'm now 14w3d

I spotted almost my whole first trimester. I know it's scary but it'll be alright 😊
If it gets to be more like period blood I'd go to the emergency room

If cramping is ever so slight and doesn't progress then it sounds pretty common.  Rest today, bedrest for the weekend and see your doc when you can. I bled from 11w to 33w with my daughter and it was a perisac haematoma which is a long name for sac of blood. Doesn't affect baby. 
Take it easy today.  I know its easier said than done

I'm carrying trips and I spotted till I was 10 weeks, but every time I brought it up to the doc she said it was normal for multiples. I'm almost 25 weeks now and babies are healthy as can be. Try not to stress, hun.

I spotted for a few days during week 8 also, and I also had some mild cramping. Everything turned out fine though, I am 16 weeks now.
