what were the first signs for you?

Been TTC for several months now and in November I thought I might be pregnant. I was feeling nauseous and light headed and  took a test and it was negative. Next day I got my period. Pretty sure it was a touch of the flu. 
Now I'm trying to not get too excited whenever I have what I think is a symptom. Part of the challenge for me is that I was on bc for a long time, so I'm not quite used to all the horrible shit that happens when it's just a normal period. (It really sucks being a girl sometimes)

My boobs keep hurting before my period, is there a different boob hurt if you're pregnant? How soon do you get morning sickness? What are the most common first signs for you? I know everyone is different, but I thought I'd ask...

Answer

With my first pregnancy i had a very heightened sense of smell starting the week before my period. I think the sensitive nose and the boob pin was what tipped me off. I always had mildly sensitive boobs just before my period but this was MUCH more intense.  It was probably around week 4-5 that I started feeling nauseated. I didn't want foods or drinks Ialways  loved. And the puking started around 6-8 weeks. But that is just my experience - every pregnancy is different. Best of luck!!
