Nausea

So the doctor asked if I had gotten over my morning sickness yet and I told him not. I told him that it is mainly in the mornings when I first wake up. He gave me Unisom, which is for sleep. Iam not sure why he would give me something to help me sleep ? Anyone have any ideas. TIA 👍🏽
