So I just got back from my gyno appointment and they had to do an ultrasound to check my IUD and make sure it was still placed correctly. But when they checked my ovaries, they saw a small cyst on my left one. And my gyno told me that it was small and that i must have just ovulated on my right ovary this month. and that was that. She said I will see you next year for your routine check up.

Shouldn't she be more concerned? Is there something I should keep an eye out for? I thought cysts were usually a big deal. Can't cysts become worse? Aren't they supposed to keep an eye on it?

Also, I just had my daughter 3 months ago and still have yet to have a period so Idk if my period is a normal cycle or not yet. I am not breastfeeding anymore either.
