Moms how do you do it I'm a stay at home mom I chase my 9 month old around the house all day! She never wants to nap i just got to sleep I feel like I never have time for a shower I don't think I even have the energy! How do you have mommy time?

Creating a schedule is not only healthy for your LO, but good for your sanity. A 9 month old should still nap. This is my 3 year olds schedule.

8am: wake up/breakfast 
9am-11am: play time inside.
11am-12pm: take a walk outside, play outside and run around supervised. 
12pm-1pm: lunch 
1pm-3pm: nap time/quiet time 
3pm-4pm: snack time/tv time. 
5pm-7pm: inside play time interrupted by dinner. 
7pm-8pm: bath time, read a book, clean up for the day, get ready for bed. 
8:30pm: bedtime.

And we do this every day, consistently. Unless we have plans for the day, or the night, in which I try to plan around nap time and bed time.

Same here🙋🏽 we have a set schedule for naps and bedtimes. I have a 4, 5 &&'d 1 year old. But have always kept the schedules &&'d their in bed by 8:30pm every night. My kids go to school of course but my baby has always taken naps at lunch time. And that's when I shower or nap myself.

He's on a schedule. I have to have a few hours at night for me. And a lot of the time I'll go take a long hot bath when my husband gets home from work.
