Cause I'm 17 and my boyfriend is 19 but our birthdays are the same day🎉 and there's no way I can leave him he's the greatest boyfriend I ever had EVER!!
Is it illegal or not? Comment!!!

Depends on when you got together and what the legal age of consent is in your state. Here it's 16 but if you got together before he was 18, then you would fall into the "Romeo and Juliette Law" where he couldn't get charged even if you weren't 16, because the relationship started before he was an adult! But, most states the legal age is 16. Read up on it for your state, but honestly I wouldn't worry!

Just depends on your state. In mine the age of consent is 16, a girl is considered a legal adult at 17, and the Romeo and Juliette clause makes a two year age gap okay for a person at least 16. Honestly though, you already being 17 it's really unlikely that the police would get involved unless someone made a huge deal out of the relationship (and even then it's unlikely). If you were younger or he were significantly older, then there would be a few more issues but with the ages you are it should be perfectly fine

If you're a minor and having sex, technically it is possible for him to be charged with rape if you or your parents ever pressed charges. It'd be legal here in Texas (age of consent is 17) but it depends on where you live. Even if it's illegal where you live, it's only illegal if you have sex or send nudes. A relationship by itself is fine

No ur 17 n he is 19 only 2 years apart 💁 my sister in law is 19 n my brother is 22 n they been together for 3 years til June 6th she was 15 n he was 18 it doesn't matter unless ur parents are ok with it
