Spotting for five days before my period
I've been spotting for the last five days, and my period is due tomorrow. The first couple of days I also had period like cramps, sometimes on one side and sometimes more central.
I know I'm not pregnant as I've been measuring my bbt this cycle and today it dropped below my cover line. I never used to spot before my period, and have been off the pill for 6 months now. I have had maybe one day of spotting and cramps a few days before my period a couple of months ago, but that's it.
I just wondered if anyone else had experienced this type of change to their cycle after coming off of the pill?
