IUI or Varicocele surgery?

Ladies..your advice is needed.. DH has low sperm count and only 10% are motile.. he was diagnosed with varicocele recently. Now weare debating if we should do Iui or varicocele surgery.. please help..

However, this is something you and your husband need to decide. We have azoospermia/no blockage. We ruled out the teese due to it being painful and a low chance of success (in our specific case). We decided on donor sperm and got our first BFP this week with our first IUI! Have you tried medications to get his count up?

My husband has varicocele as well and we were in the same situation. Count was good motility at 36% but morphology was only 1%.  We were told surgery may or may not fix the issue.  We decided to try two rounds of IUI then just do IVF. I was worried we'd do the surgery, wait 6 months, and have no results.

If you have no known health issues I would try iui! You just need one. :)
