IUD help!!

So recently I have gotten the IUD because I am way too forgetful to be on the pill! My boyfriend and I had sex the day before I got it (using the pullout method.. lol)but I took plan b a couple hours after for precaution. A week later I started having brown discharge (as well as red blood) for about a couple days and it hasn't stopped yet. Having horrible back and stomach cramps as well as pelvic pain. I took two tests and they came out negative. Am I way over reacting? Lol
